MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH MELALUI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL

This study examines the implementation of digital media to enhance learning quality in elementary Islamic schools, addressing the gap between technological potential and contextual constraints in developing countries. The research aimed to analyze the implementation process, challenges, and outcomes of digital media integration at MIN 1 Sukabumi. Using a qualitative narrative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, participatory observation, and document analysis during October. Results demonstrate a structured three-phase implementation model comprising planning (lesson plan development and media selection), preparation (classroom and equipment setup), and execution (material introduction, video screening, explanation, Q&A, and assignments). Despite significant challenges including parental resistance due to digital literacy gaps, unstable internet connectivity, limited technological facilities, and uneven student technological capabilities, the program successfully enhanced learning enthusiasm, conceptual understanding, memory retention, and academic performance. The study concludes that pedagogical design quality in lesson planning proves more crucial than technological abundance for successful digital learning integration. Practical implications emphasize the need for teacher training focused on overcoming infrastructural limitations and developing flexible lesson plans that accommodate digital disparities.
