Dampak Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri terhadap Motivasi Belajar dan Prestasi Belajar

ABSTRACK
This study examined the effects of inquiry learning approach on learning motivation and learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMP Islam Cijati Cicantayan, Sukabumi District. The objective was to analyze the impact of inquiry strategy on students' learning motivation and achievement in the context of PAI subjects. The research method applied was experimental with a quasi-experimental design. Data were collected through a survey of learning motivation as well as measurement of learning achievement through tests. The results confirmed that the application of inquiry learning strategies had a significant positive effect on increasing students' learning motivation and learning achievement in PAI subjects. This finding presents a new perspective for educational practitioners and researchers in understanding the use of inquiry approach in the scope of PAI learning at the secondary school level. ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengkaji efek dari pendekatan pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap motivasi belajar serta prestasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Islam Cijati Cicantayan, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis dampak strategi inkuiri terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam konteks mata pelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah eksperimen dengan desain kuasi-eksperimental. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei motivasi belajar serta pengukuran prestasi belajar melalui tes. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar serta prestasi belajar siswa dalam pelajaran PAI. Temuan ini menyajikan sudut pandang baru bagi praktisi pendidikan dan peneliti dalam memahami penggunaan pendekatan inkuiri dalam lingkup pembelajaran PAI di tingkat sekolah menengah.
