ARCHIVING POLICY

Radja Bhupati: Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan is committed to ensuring long-term digital preservation and access to all published content.

• The journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and/or CLOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, ensuring permanent availability and preservation of the journal’s content.

• All articles are assigned persistent identifiers (DOI) to guarantee reliable citation and long-term retrieval.

• Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their work (submitted version, accepted version, and published version) in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites, without embargo, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication in this journal is included.

• The journal maintains a digital backup of all published articles on its official server and publishing platform to safeguard against data loss.

• Through its open access policy, archived articles remain freely accessible to the public, ensuring that the outcomes of community engagement and empowerment activities continue to benefit both academic and non-academic audiences.
