PEER REVIEW PROCESS
Review Policy
The review process in Radja Bhupati: Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan follows these policies:

Every submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

The journal applies a double-blind peer review system: reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.

In the review process, reviewers assess the alignment between the title, abstract, objectives, methodology, discussion, and conclusions. Reviewers also evaluate the manuscript based on its:

Novelty and originality of ideas.

Scientific and practical impact on community engagement and empowerment.

Relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.

Accuracy and adequacy of references used.

The reviewers’ recommendations will serve as the basis for the Editor-in-Chief to decide whether the manuscript should be:

Accepted for publication.

Accepted with minor or major revisions.
-
Resubmitted for further review.
-
Suggested for submission to another journal.

Declined for publication.
A manuscript may be rejected due to the following reasons:

It does not fit the journal’s focus and scope.
-
It contains plagiarism of more than 20%.
-
It does not follow the journal’s author guidelines.
-
It contains fundamental methodological or ethical flaws.
-
The author refuses to revise the manuscript according to reviewers’ recommendations without reasonable justification.
